1. Pre-order closing date is on the 10th and 25th of every month.
2. Orders and payment must be received by 3:00 p.m. MYT on the 10th or 25th of the month.
3. Orders without any payment made will be automatically cancelled.
4. Orders and payment received after the closing date and time will be automatically placed into the subsequent order batch. Please advise immediately by email if there are any changes or special instructions with regards to this order.
5. Pre-order items will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks from the closing date to arrive at your shipping address as items are ordered and imported from overseas.
6. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any further delay than the prescribed 3 to 6 weeks, preciousbeebee will inform customers in prior via email.
7. All pre-order items sold are FINAL - no returns/exchange/cancellation AFTER payment is made.
8. Payment will only be refunded if item is out of stock or manufacturer no longer manufactures the selected design after order and payment is made.
9. Please keep in view the delivery timeline for pre-order items and plan clothes sizing accordingly to accommodate that of your growing child.
10. For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order stock and cannot accommodate the pre-order timeline for delivery, preciousbeebee recommends not to place order to avoid frustration.
11. All other terms and conditions under ready-stock items apply.
12. To optimise on shipping cost, it is advisable to place orders for a single order batch period.
13. The following order variations may occur:
• SINGLE pre-order:
  A PRE-ORDER for a single item will be shipped out immediately after arrival and customs clearance by our local authorities.
  If you have placed a PRE-ORDER for an item which arrives at the same time as another PRE-ORDER, preciousbeebee will attempt to combine the shipment to save you on shipping.
• MULTIPLE pre-order:
  If you have placed a PRE-ORDER for 2 different items with 2 different expected ship dates (but within ONE batch order), your order will only ship once all items have been received.
  Please place separate orders for multiple PRE-ORDER item(s) with different expected dates if you would like item(s) to be shipped immediately on arrival of one particular item(s).
• PRE-ORDER items and IN STOCK mixed orders:
  If you place an order for a PRE-ORDER item in addition to an item currently in stock, preciousbeebee will hold the item currently in stock and ship your order in full once your PRE-ORDER item(s) arrive.
  Please place a separate order for in stock items if you would like for in stock items to ship immediately.
